What we store, and for how long.
This page covers the one place this site collects personal data: the call request form.
What we store
When you request a call we store your name, phone number, email address and the one-line description of your company, plus which page you came from and the language you used. We store a keyed hash of your IP address for rate limiting, not the address itself.
Where
In a Supabase database hosted in Mumbai, India (AWS ap-south-1). The site runs on Vercel. Emails are sent through Resend.
For how long
If you never enter the code, the request is deleted automatically after 30 days. If you do, we keep it as a contact record until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies and analytics
No cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without identifying you. The bot check is Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs under Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy terms: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/
To ask for deletion
Email contact@cyberbug.ae from the address you used, or WhatsApp +971 55 858 7700. We delete the record and confirm within a few days.
